Download your photos directly through the Fotop app, in addition, in your registered email, you will be notified when your photos are available for download.

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 7 photos per athlete.

After inserting your selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can only be changed before the test.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have a minimum quantity of 7 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
